Annual Kriyaban Retreat

Thursday to Sunday, 24 to 27 April 2025

“The most important pilgrimage is to one’s own heart through daily meditation”

Dear Kriyabans,

We invite you to our annual Kriyaban retreat, a sacred journey of inner exploration, rejuvenation, and connection with the divine. Join fellow Kriyabans from Delhi and across north India to deepen your Kriya practice in the beautiful nature near Kasauli.

“Remember, you have a portable temple, and that is your own body. Kriya Yoga helps us to understand that wherever we go we’re on pilgrimage because we carry that temple with us.” – Swami Kriyananda

This retreat offers a profound opportunity to pause amidst life’s hustle and bustle, delve deep into the recesses of our souls, and emerge refreshed, inspired, and aligned with our true purpose.

Dates: Thursday to Sunday, 24 to 27 April 2024
Location: Tethys Himalaya Resort – Kasauli

Highlights Include:

  • Group Sadhana and guided meditations.
  • Inspiring workshops, guided introspection sessions, and discussions led by experienced spiritual teachers and practitioners.
  • Guided Ananda Yoga sessions.
  • Nature walks and outdoor activities to commune with the beauty and wisdom of the natural world.
